"Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth;" Isaiah 40:4 (NKJV)
A valley signifies level lower than normal terrain. A journey into the valley signifies going down in life. Journey into the valley is easier because it requires little or no energy.
There is a force that supports a fall -- it's the force that pulls down. This force combines with the steepness of the valley. So, the journey into the valley is always quick and easy.
That's why it's easy to fall.
*Every force pulling me down into the valley of life, release me now by fire in the name of Jesus Christ
*Mercy of the Lord, terminate my journey into the valley in the name of Jesus Christ
*Internal altars keeping me down in the valley, melt by fire in the name of Jesus Christ.
Journey into the valley could be prompted by:
- unnecessary curiosity
- covetousness
- laziness: "I cannot do it." "This is too difficult." "This is too risky." "There's no one to help me."
- wrong choices or decision. Prob 3:5-6
- generational affinity. Born into the valley or ancestors have ever lived in the valley
- deception
- a push of enemy
*By the power of the Holy Ghost, I shall be higher; I shall be greater than my fathers in the name of Jesus Christ
*Weight of laziness pressing me down, I shake you off by fire in the name of Jesus Christ
* I receive the discerning spirit, I shall not make wrong choices in the name of Jesus Christ
*Right arm of the Lord, lift me out of the valley of life in the name of Jesus Christ
There are times the journey down the valley leads to shadow of death or even death.
*By the mercy of heaven, by the power of the Holy Ghost, I escape the push of enemies in the name of Jesus Christ
*Presence of the Lord, be with me in every journey of life, in the name of Jesus Christ
A mountain signifies level higher than normal terrain - an obstacle or hindrance. Journey up mountain signifies struggling in life. Journey up mountain is quite difficult and could be hazardous because it requires large dissipation of energy.
There is a force that opposes a climb or a lift -- it's the same force that pulls down. This force resists climbing up the mountain. So, the journey up mountain is always slow and long.
That's why it's a very difficult task to rise in life.
*By the power of the Holy Ghost, I'm on my way up the mountain, forces that pull down, loose your hold from my life in the name of Jesus Christ
*Mountains before me melt by fire in the name of Jesus Christ
*I receive the wings of an eagle, I fly above my mountains in the name of Jesus Christ
"...valley ...mountain and hill ...crooked places ...the rough places..."
God does not want us to go down the valley; He does not want us to climb mountain either -- it is easy ride He ever desires for us.
Hallelujah!
